Our Guarantee to You
At Sentimental Me, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
We will accept returns and exchanges if:
- Products are returned within ten (10) business days of customer receipt.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below)
- Products are returned in re-sellable condition unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit.
If any items you would like to return or exchange are damaged or defective, please email Customer Service at email@example.com for further information and assistance. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. A restocking fee of $10.00 per box is charged for returns and exchanges unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit.
Proof of Purchase for Eligible Items
Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for eligible items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase:
- Original Packing Slip
- Order Number
We can also verify proof of purchase by looking up your original receipt using your major credit card used at the time of purchase or the email address used to receive an eReceipt.Credits and Refunds
With an eReceipt, Original Packing Slip, Order Number or a major credit card used at the time of purchase, the item’s purchase price will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender.To Return Items by Mail
To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the Packing Slip enclosed with your order, insure the package and mail it to the Sentimental Me address on your Packing Slip. If you do not have the Packing Slip or have misplaced it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange.
