The boxes are delivered unassembled.  Written assembly instructions will be included with the box and buyers will be able to watch a video which demonstrates how to assemble the box by clicking on the Video Box Assembly Instructions link located at the bottom of this website's Home Page. Also, written instructions can be viewed by clicking on the Written Box Assembly Instructions link at the bottom of this website's Home Page.
The exterior dimensions of each box are 14 ½" L x 12 5/8" W x 13" H.
Each box contains seventeen (17) compartments to organize your keepsakes in an orderly and easily accessible manner. When you take the lid off the Sentimental Me memorabilia storage box, you will first see a tray that contains four (4) open-ended storage areas and five (5) boxes. When you remove the tray, below it you will see two (2) large open-ended storage sleeves located at the opposite ends of the box with four (4) boxes stacked between the sleeves. When you lift up such four (4) boxes stacked between the open-ended sleeves, you will see two (2) additional larger boxes stacked between the open-ended sleeves. The open-ended sleeves and separate boxes fit snugly inside the memorabilia storage box like a puzzle but are easy to remove. The compartments are further described as follows:
Currently, the boxes are not carried in any retail store. However, they are sold by Amazon through it's Prime membership program.
In the unlikely event any part of the box becomes unglued, please apply a generous amount of Gorilla Super Glue to the affected area to repair. You might also apply Gorilla Super Glue in appropriate areas to the Box Bottom, Box Top and Box Liner to further strengthen such parts' connections.  If this repair does not work, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping.

If any items you would like to return or exchange are damaged or defective, please email Customer Service at email@example.com for further information and assistance. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. A restocking fee of $15.00 per box is charged for returns and exchanges unless the item has a manufacturer's defect or was damaged during transit.
Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for eligible items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase:
Yes, we will ship to the following destinations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other United States' territories, and all international destinations.  We will also ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, due to the significant additional shipping costs to the above-referenced destinations or addresses, we cannot at this time ship to any of these destinations or addresses free of charge.  Free shipping and handling fees are only for street addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.  If you want to purchase a box and ship it to any of the above-referenced destinations or addresses excluded from our free shipping and handling policy, please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a quote for the shipping and handling fee.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please email Customer Service at email@example.com right away and we will work with you to change or cancel your order.  Once orders are shipped, our return and exchange policy will be applicable to changes and returns.
