The boxes are delivered unassembled.  Written assembly instructions will be included with the box and buyers will be able to watch a video which demonstrates how to assemble the box by clicking on the Video Box Assembly Instructions link located at the bottom of this website's Home Page. Also, written instructions can be viewed by clicking on the Written Box Assembly Instructions link at the bottom of this website's Home Page.

The exterior dimensions of each box are 14 ½" L x 12 5/8" W x 13" H.

Each box contains seventeen (17) compartments to organize your keepsakes in an orderly and easily accessible manner. When you take the lid off the Sentimental Me memorabilia storage box, you will first see a tray that contains four (4) open-ended storage areas and five (5) boxes. When you remove the tray, below it you will see two (2) large open-ended storage sleeves located at the opposite ends of the box with four (4) boxes stacked between the sleeves. When you lift up such four (4) boxes stacked between the open-ended sleeves, you will see two (2) additional larger boxes stacked between the open-ended sleeves. The open-ended sleeves and separate boxes fit snugly inside the memorabilia storage box like a puzzle but are easy to remove. The compartments are further described as follows:

  1. The tray is approximately 13 ½" L by 11 ½" W by 2" H. The tray includes an open-ended area that is approximately 11 ½" L by 10" W by 2" H for document storage and three (3) separate open-ended compartments that are approximately 3 ½" L by 3" W by 2" H. There are also five (5) storage boxes that are approximately 3 ½" L by 2" W by 1 ¾" H that fit in the document storage area of the tray. The tray provides easy access to documents you use frequently

  2. One (1) open-ended sleeve is open at the top and is approximately 13" L by 5 ¼" W by 10 ¼" H and is ideal for storing photo albums or other memorabilia

  3. One (1) open-ended sleeve is open at the top and is approximately 13" L by 2 ½" W by 10 ¼" H and is perfect for storing a photo album or other memorabilia

  4. Four (4) boxes are approximately 3 ¼" L by 3 ¼" W by 5 ¼" H and are designed to store various types of memorabilia and

  5. Two (2) boxes are approximately 6 ½" L by 3 ¼" W by 5" H and are designed to store DVD's or other memorabilia.

Currently, the boxes are not carried in any retail store. However, they are sold by Amazon through it's Prime membership program.

In the unlikely event any part of the box becomes unglued, please apply a generous amount of Gorilla Super Glue to the affected area to repair. You might also apply Gorilla Super Glue in appropriate areas to the Box Bottom, Box Top and Box Liner to further strengthen such parts' connections.  If this repair does not work, please contact customerservice@sentimentalmeboxes.com.

Yes, you can ship the box to another address.  We currently do not have a gift note option but are working on making that option available in the future.

At Sentimental Me, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

We will accept returns and exchanges if:

  • Products are returned within ten (10) business days of customer receipt.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below).
  • Products are returned in re-sellable condition unless the item has a manufacturer's defect or was damaged during transit.


If any items you would like to return or exchange are damaged or defective, please email Customer Service at customerservice@sentimentalmeboxes.com for further information and assistance. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. A restocking fee of $15.00 per box is charged for returns and exchanges unless the item has a manufacturer's defect or was damaged during transit.

Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for eligible items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase:

  • eReceipt
  • Original Packing Slip
  • Order Number
We can also verify proof of purchase by looking up your original receipt using your major credit card used at the time of purchase or the email address used to receive an eReceipt.

With an eReceipt, Original Packing Slip, Order Number or a major credit card used at the time of purchase, the item's purchase price will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender. The refund should occur within ten (10) business days after our receipt of the returned item.

To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the Packing Slip enclosed with your order, insure the package, and mail it to the Sentimental Me address on your Packing Slip. If you do not have the Packing Slip or have misplaced it, please email Customer Service at customerservice@sentimentalmeboxes.com. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange.

Yes, we will ship to the following destinations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other United States' territories, and all international destinations.  We will also ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, due to the significant additional shipping costs to the above-referenced destinations or addresses, we cannot at this time ship to any of these destinations or addresses free of charge.  Free shipping and handling fees are only for street addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.  If you want to purchase a box and ship it to any of the above-referenced destinations or addresses excluded from our free shipping and handling policy, please email Customer Service at customerservice@sentimentalmeboxes.com and we will give you a quote for the shipping and handling fee.

If you wish to cancel or change an order, please email Customer Service at customerservice@sentimentalmeboxes.com right away and we will work with you to change or cancel your order.  Once orders are shipped, our return and exchange policy will be applicable to changes and returns.
